RECEIVING: Saturday, February 23, 10am - 12:30pm. John Muir Medical Center, 1601 Ygnacio Valley road (parking in rear of MRI area for unloading and loading). No removal of paintings before the end of the show.

JUROR: Ann Fallon

AWARDS: 1st place - $100, 2nd place - $75, 3rd place - $50, Ribbons.

ENTRIES: Up to 2 paintings may be submitted. Painting may not be smaller than 18" x 24" or larger than 48" x 50". Original, recent watermedia on paper. No copy or class work. Paintings completely framed in metal or wood, wired and ready to hang. No sawtooths, clamps or screweyes. Flat brackets required on wood frames. Plexiglass required on all paintings larger than 14" in any direction. No cardboard or masking tape. No wide (over 3 inches) or rococo frames. Light neutral mats please. John Muir Medical Center has determined unsuitable for hanging any nudes or any subject which could be construed as being of a religious or political nature.

LABELS: Fill in CWA label and attach to the upper left back of work. See website for CWA label form.

FEES: $10.00 for each entry.

INSURANCE: Your paintings will be handled with the best of care, however CWA and/or personnel, assume no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of any kind. Insurance is, therefore, the responsibility of the artist.

SALES: All sales will be made through artist. There will be no early removals during the show. The artist is responsible for a 25% comission on sales to CWA: 15% goes to Outreach and 10% goes to the CWA Building Fund.
