Please use the Membership Application form below if you have never been a CWA member before, to avoid a duplicate record of your information. If you are a returning member, please click RENEWALS. CWA is a non-profit association and your dues are tax deductable. 

Note: The username and password you choose CANNOT have any spaces, and must be a combination of letters and numbers only.

You will need these to log into the system and access the Members' Only portion of the website.

When the form is completed, you will be routed to a secure payment page hosted by PayPal, where you may pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal. Your credit card information is not sent to CWA. You may join for 1-3 years; membership rates are shown below.
